We came to St. Thomas with our friends. We looked at nearly every rental on St. Thomas and when we came across this property we were amazed! Staying there in person was even more amazing. The house, the grounds and the outdoor living spaces are truly top notch! There are two beaches that are a 2 min drive (or 10 min walk) from the house – for anyone that loves going to the beach, that is truly spectacular! No driving, finding parking, fighting crowds. One of them in particular, Sandy Bay Beach, is one of the nicest beaches on St. Thomas. It has perfect white sand, rolling waves that you can body surf, clear water, and a great view. We almost always had the entire beach to ourselves and were just a 2 min ride back to the house! The property was fully stocked with the essentials, such as towels, beach towels, beach chairs, pool floaties, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. We enjoyed cooking most of our meals in the gourmet kitchen and making Pina Coladas to enjoy on the pool deck! Lavenvalle is a beautifully landscaped, peaceful, private retreat, with an amazing view. This property is a MUST TRY!!
The villa is in a beautiful spot with spectacular views and wonderful beaches minutes away. We had a great vacation – everything we needed was there. The property manager was on top of everything. Highly recommend this property.
Situated in a serene, very private preserve with views to die for. The villa itself projects luxury. A great place to just soak in the views and enjoy the quiet. The preserve has two beach areas; walk or take a short 4 minute drive to both. You can’t feel more SAFE than in this area.
Loved our stay. Lavenvelle provided the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Botany bay is the perfect spot.
The pictures only give you a hint of what awaits you at this estate, it was breathtaking from every vantage point, especially from the infinity edge pool. No expense was spared in the finishes and construction of the home, and it was all designed to maximize the views of the stunning beauty outside! The ocean view is framed by green mountainsides and the weighty presence of two rock islands just off the coast made the view all the more interesting! The property manager Nicholas was truly awesome, met us at the airport to guide us to the house and get us familiarized with the home’s many features and things to do in the area. We had what seemed like two private beaches at our doorstep, Sandy Bay and Mermaid’s Chair, both just absolutely breathtaking!
